Fitness is IN everyone and is FOR everyone. No matter who you are or where you are in right now, you deserve to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. More importantly, fitness will help you have a healthy relationship not only with others or with your work but also with yourself.

There’s a big difference between exercising and training. When you come in to the gym to sweat and aim to burn what you binged on yesterday and hope to improve without a plan, that’s exercising. You’re simply running around in circles, wasting your time, money and effort. Training is different. In training, you have a clear vision of your goal and you take measured and calculated steps to reach it. You don’t workout to sweat, you workout to improve. You have a map in hand the tells you where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. In other words, a plan.
Here’s a common sentiment. With more and more things in our hands today, it is challenging for some of us to block out a consistent time for the gym or let alone book a fixed schedule with a trainer. To address this problem, I started offering remote personal training through an online platform.

In fitness, as it is with everything else, it’s difficult to achieve a goal without a plan. Think of it as going on a trip from Point A to Point B. Identifying the destination, or our goals, is easy. But the first thing you need to know is where you are. Getting to know yourself, your strengths, your weakness and learning about how your body adapts are all crucial information you need in order to formulate the right program for you.

One thing that we make sure is that we never ever quit regardless of the setbacks! No matter how tiny the steps, just keep moving forward!
However, not all fitness programs are created equally. How fast, safe and efficient you achieve your personal goals— whether it is to lose fat, gain muscle or improve sports performance or simply to feel better— is dependent on how well-monitored, well-designed and tailored-fit your program is for you.

This is where I come in. I have dedicated my life in studying, practicing and preaching fitness and health. So upon signing up for my online program, we will be in constant communication (via instant messaging) regarding all your questions and comments about your workout, nutrition and more. You can train at your own pace, in your own time and in your own fitness level with a set thirty minute consultation period per week. Online coaching is done through TrueCoach. Virtual Personal Training is done through Zoom. Both come with a Nutrition Guide powered by Precision Nutrition and an individualized strategy just for you (since all of us eat have different eating preferences and habits).
What to expect?

Expect workouts that are fun, applicable in your daily life and, of course, challenging! My task as a coach is to identify what you need to work on and help you improve them. So expect to unravel some weaknesses and turn them into strengths!

What I expect from you

There are no perfect trainees or athletes. We will all have lapses and the time will come when we feel lazy and tired. But nonetheless, I expect an undying spirit from you to push hard, to give it your all and never give up. Rest assured, I will always give my time and effort to guide you and keep you on track. Remember, a program is only as good as it is properly executed and I will make sure we leave no stones unturned. Together, we can rise stronger!
